How is the integration sold/licensed?
The integration is a yearly subscription model. This model provides you with flexible access to Korn Ferry’s live Success Profiles library – Profile Manager. As a SaaS (software-as-a-service) application, the integration to Profile Manager means you always have access to what you need – that's the newest benchmarked job definitions, role representations, skills, and competencies embedded in Workday and maintained for you.

What does the integration involve—technically and logistically?
The integration uses APIs to connect Workday’s Orchestrate app exchange to Korn Ferry’s Profile Manager. Korn Ferry provides configurable data mapping, security domains and roles, business process frameworks, auditing capabilities, and standard reports using Workday Extend ecosystem tools. You can use what Korn Ferry provides for the implementation—or your own reporting. Data is transferred using JSON-based inbound and outbound communications.
