Shanda has a background in global delivery operations as well as process design, technology design, business analytics, and performance management. She has led the design, implementation, and delivery of some of the largest, longest running, and most complex RPO engagements in the globe and she’s a master of execution & transformation.

A multi-functional leader, she leads both Analytics teams and Implementation teams for Korn Ferry. Prior to working with Korn Ferry, she was an Executive at IBM, where she led global operations and delivery centers for RPO. During her career, she has led global expansions, restructured teams, and led teams through digital transformation. She and her team have supported hundreds of clients through their own TA transformation.

Shanda understands the intersecting levers between people, process, technology. She approaches each client with its long-term success in mind, knowing what it takes to not only to build delivery systems, but also to sustain them.

She is passionate about developing new leaders and helping them align team outcomes with business objectives. She was one of the first KF Advance Coaches. She is an expert advisor and contributor to This Week in Leadership, a weekly news column that provides latest workplace insights and challenges. She fosters a culture of innovation through team empowerment, curiosity, and valuing grace.

Shanda has a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
