While offering Korn Ferries project recruitment solution, which can be easily and effectively set up for our clients short term requirements, Peter also acts as integrator to all aspects of the wide range of services clients might need – from advisory, to Executive Search, Professional Search and RPO solutions 

His diverse experiences working with different industries across EMEA and his comprehension of HR- and procurement related processes enables him to drive an individual solution in order to meet our clients and market demands.

Before joining Korn Ferry Mr. Bresser worked in different positions within the Hays organization. In his last position as Strategic Relationship Manager he was responsible to drive the “Total Workforce Management” services for Hays within the D-A-CH region. These services included Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Providing (MSP), Strategic Supplier and Client Management, etc.

With around 20 years of working in different service oriented organization from the Tourism industry to the HR- and Recruiting industry, Peter focuses on solution selling and strategic client management within regional, national and international set-ups and complex customer organizations.

A fluent German and English speaker, Mr. Bresser holds a Diploma in International Business & Language Area Studies (St. Norbert College, USA 1994) as well as a Diploma in Tourism Economics (FH Wilhelmshaven, Germany 2001). He is member of Omnicron Delta Epsilon (International Economic Honor Society).
