Deanne has successfully operated across diverse industry sectors, including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Consulting, and Consumer and Industrial.

In her current role, Deanne collaborates closely with clients to drive strategic account leadership and growth. She excels in designing and implementing solutions, managing profit and loss (P&L), and overseeing operational excellence for clients and teams across Australia and New Zealand. Her focus is on creating industry-leading talent functions that deliver quality business outcomes.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Deanne served as the Global Head of Operations at another RPO provider, managing two of the firm's largest global accounts. She held general management roles across the APAC region, concentrating on business development, solution design, and client advisory. Her career is marked by successful partnerships with leading organisations.

As a passionate and capable people leader, Deanne has led teams of over 400 professionals globally. She embraces the Servant Leadership style, fostering a psychologically safe environment for her team members to learn, build confidence, and thrive in their careers.

Deanne holds Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
