Employment & Recruitment Scams

Important Notice about Recruitment Scams

We have received reports of scammers sending messages via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and other messaging services, claiming to represent Korn Ferry and offering job opportunities. These scammers are attempting to obtain your personal information, such as ID or bank account details, for malicious purposes.

Please verify the sender and legitimacy of any communication purporting to be from Korn Ferry by contacting your known, authenticated Korn Ferry recruiter. Please note that Korn Ferry never requests personal financial information or payment from candidates.

Some common signs of potential recruitment scams include jobs offers that are too good to be true, requests for personal details, completion of a fraudulent questionnaire, and a rushed hiring process.

If you receive suspicious messages or encounter any concerns during an interaction, we encourage you to contact your local Korn Ferry office via telephone to make us aware. If you believe you have fallen victim to such fraudulent activities, we strongly recommend reporting the incident to your local authorities.
