LOS ANGELES, December 13, 2018 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Matt Norquist has joined the firm as senior client partner in the Advisory business. He is based in the New York office.

Mr. Norquist brings to the firm more than 20 years of consulting experience, specializing in leadership development, team effectiveness, and corporate learning. His expertise spans the financial services, distribution, retail, and automotive industries.

Mr. Norquist joins Korn Fery from Linkage, Inc., a top global leadership consultancy, where he served President and CEO. Prior to that, Mr. Norquist led a team of 800 consultants across North America at the human capital advisory, ManPowerGroup Global.

Previously, Mr. Norquist ran Insights as an EVP at Edelman Berland. He began his career at The Gallup Organization.

Mr. Norquist earned an MBA from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.A. in psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
