LOS ANGELES, August 1, 2018 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Jeff Durr has joined the firm as senior client partner in the Healthcare advisory practice. He is based in the Atlanta office.

Mr. Durr joins Korn Ferry from Gallup where he was a partner in the analytics and advisory practice. Prior to Gallup, Jeff held operations management roles at Stryker Corporation.

He has deep expertise in helping clients align their business strategy with their talent strategy with a focus on optimizing performance. Mr. Durr has extensive experience in the areas of strategy development, talent strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development and change management.

Mr. Durr holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is an active member in his community, serving on the Purdue University Krannert School of Management KSAA Board, the Junior Achievement of Georgia Board and a past member of the Queen’s University Analytics Advisory Board. He is a frequently published author and speaker on a variety of organizational strategy topics and management practices.
