Scott Coleman has been a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry since 2004 and brings eighteen years of organizational consulting experience to his clients.

His primary focus is on Board and C-suite executive management recruitment focusing on CEO, CRO, and CCO titles, in addition to succession management and talent advisory services.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Coleman spent more than twenty years in the technology industry. He held general management and executive roles at Apple Computer, Inc., Philips Electronics, NV, and the Microsoft Corporation. After departing Microsoft in 2001, and prior to entering the world of management consulting, Mr. Coleman was the CEO of SciTrek. In addition, he was a retained advisor to several start-up companies in the software and services space.

In his current role, Mr. Coleman helps clients assess their leadership team effectiveness and performance measured against their strategic business goals. He works with public, private and private equity backed businesses helping them recruit executive talent for board  and senior advisor positions, in addition to critical operating roles.

Mr. Coleman is a member of the Industrial Technology practice and represents clients who use advanced technology and automation to help drive innovation, improve productivity, reduce costs, and help solve the business needs of their customers.

At Korn Ferry, Mr. Coleman is aligned with several other specialty practices or COE’s including, CEO & Board Services, Private Equity and CEO Succession Management.

Mr. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Niagara University in New York. In addition, he attended the executive management program at the London Business School sponsored by Apple Computer, Inc.
