Korn Ferry's Tier 2 Reporting

Tier 2 reporting is an important part of Korn Ferry’s Inclusive Supplier Program. Through this part of our program, we aim to increase opportunities for diverse businesses by asking our suppliers to report the volume of work they have with diverse businesses. This volume represents Tier 2 volume.

Our suppliers who provide us with Tier 2 reporting are critical partners in our efforts to drive greater impact and meaningful change within communities. We welcome and appreciate your engagement in our Tier 2 reporting.
