The regional teams she leads are helping organizations to select the right tools, platforms and services to support HR and Sales processes and derive insight from the data and outcomes to be credible in their recommendations and decisions.

Prior to this role Wendy has held multiple senior positions in Korn Ferry Digital.  She was a Global Delivery and Operations leader ensuring excellent delivery of services and oversight of the global operations for the Korn Ferry Digital Group.  Wendy also previously held the position of APAC Leader for the Digital Group where she led teams who were using online tools to survey and analyze companies, performance and people.  This information was then used to create benchmarks and gain insight into people, their behaviors and their effectiveness and accurately measure what really makes a difference using fact, not opinion.

Wendy is an established global expert in leveraging data and technology to help companies make better decisions that further their organizational strategy and drive better performance from their people.

Over more than 20 years, Wendy has worked with many HR and Sales teams to provide them with methodologies, frameworks, benchmarks, insights and data which help them to design high level global frameworks as well as make detailed decisions.

Wendy has lived and worked in UK, Australia, Malaysia, and China. She previously worked for an HR consultancy where her main areas of responsibilities were remuneration consulting and project management of large assessment projects.

Wendy has a business science degree from the University of Cape Town.
