He also leads the firm's Artificial Intelligence practice globally.

Apart from sales, delivery and product roles, Vinay specialises in mandates centred on ‘building a digital enterprise' with a focus on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Analytics and the Internet of Things.

He's viewed as trusted advisor to the leadership and has helped his clients articulate their people strategy needs through a series of c-suite hires. Recent mandates include the CEO for a USD 500mn global software business, Executive Vice President (Global Sector Sales Lead) for an IT Services firm, SVP (General Manager) EMEA for a software firm, Global Head of Artificial Intelligence; Global Head of Robotic Process Automation, Chief Technology Officer, Global Head of Product, Digital General Managers (Sales) and Digital Delivery Leaders.

Prior to his current position, he worked for a boutique search firm as the Head of their London office, specialising in the Technology sector and helping organisations build teams in APAC, Europe and North America.

Earlier in his career Vinay worked as Project Director at the University of Oxford and as a journalist for a newspaper and TV station in New Delhi. He has a number of publications in Forbes Magazine.

Educated at the University of Calcutta wherein he acquired a bachelors degree in commerce and accountancy, he obtained an MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Vinay has also been a recipient of the Hansard Scholarship at the London School of Economics.
