Tom brings the full breadth of the firm's capabilities - organizational strategy and design, assessment and succession, talent acquisition, leadership development and rewards and benefits - to help the firm's industrial clients achieve their leadership and talent goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tom was a Partner and the Southeast Region Market Leader for Aon where he was responsible for working closely with clients and growing Aon's presence throughout the southeast. Before joining Aon, Mr. Terragno held multiple client service and firm leadership roles with PwC, Booz Allen Hamilton and Ernst & Young.

Tom brings over 25 years of experience helping organizations grow, innovate, improve service delivery and deliver new product and service offerings and has worked across multiple industries.

Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with Senior Executives to design and lead transformational initiatives encompassing strategy, operations, human capital, merger integration, supply chain, analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Mr. Terragno holds a MBA with a concentration in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
