Tiffinee is passionate about coaching leaders to overcome challenges in their personal and professional development. Her coaching philosophy, which comes from her days as a frontline healthcare worker, is to help individuals become better every day.

Tiffinee brings deep leadership, talent development, and executive coaching experience from her 10-year tenure with one of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. She has designed and implemented a variety of leadership programs and initiatives targeting front-line to senior leadership. She has also led education and staff development strategy and teams for a department of over 1,500 people, which is where she first developed her love for coaching. She has published 12 articles and holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor or Radiology from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. 

Tiffinee earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a graduate certificate in professional and executive coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
