Mr. Rowe has performed senior-level searches across all functions, including chief executive, senior general management, finance, actuarial, underwriting, strategic marketing, distribution, information technology, claims and board positions. He has extensive experience in recruiting professionals from the broader financial services arena to bring best practices to key functional areas within the insurance industry.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Rowe served as partner for another leading executive recruitment firm in New York, specializing in insurance-focused searches, with a particular focus on the property and casualty realm.

Previously, he was the leader of the global property and casualty practice and co-leader of the global insurance practice for a different search firm. Earlier, Mr. Rowe was the Managing Director for Korn Ferry's Financial Services Market, leading the Insurance Sector.

Earlier in his career, he was the director of small group sales for New York Life, a leading insurance company. During his tenure, he built and managed a group sales operation covering the northeast region.

Mr. Rowe also spent six years with Aetna Life & Casualty as a senior account executive, focusing on the sales of employee benefit plans to corporations. Before that, he was a group representative for Home Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Rowe received a bachelor's degree from Lehigh University.
