Senior Client Partner, Greater China Industrial Practice Leader
Mr. Li is a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry and Greater China Industrial Markets Leader. He is also the core member of our Corporate Officer practice.
Mr. Li has 20+ years in-depth corporate and consulting experience, specializing in executive search and advisory. He provides services to both multinational corporations and local businesses across various sectors including auto, chemical, energy, agriculture and advanced manufactures. He is also active in Corporate Officer practice that covers Finance, HR and other functional leadership placements across different industries.
A US national, Mr. Li was with another global leadership advisory and executive search firm before joining Korn Ferry, and prior to that, he once served as General Manager of TE Connectivity Energy Division in China, Consultant of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Shanghai, and Software Development at Schlumberger in US.
Mr. Li holds an MBA degree from University of Chicago Booth School, a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston, a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
