Sue Ribot is a Partner in Korn Ferry’s Northern Virginia office and often serves as an executive coach; Sue leads the Global Cybersecurity Practice and is a member of the firm’s Global Software & Technology Practice, with an additional focus in Cloud/Edge, AI, IOT and Mobility.
An accomplished and respected senior executive with a proven background in building and nurturing global client and partner relationships across the technology industry for over 25 years with a specialty in Security, Cloud and Technology Software.
Sue joined Korn Ferry from Red Hat Inc., where she led the sales and product engineering teams across North America for Cloud, Communication, Media & Entertainment driving significant YOY growth in a highly competitive environment. She also has held several global GM leadership positions in security, cloud, mobility & managed services where she built and led teams of sales, marketing, engineering, channels, professional services and security.
Ms. Ribot received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Hartford, CT.
A Native Washingtonian; born and raised in Bethesda, MD; Sue resides in Great Falls, VA. with her husband and two children.
Sue often serves as a moderator - panelist for cyber events and she has a passion for coaching young adults interested in the cybersecurity field.
