Stuart joined the Firm in 2022 following 10 successful years as a Partner within a high-growth boutique search firm. There, he established a reputation for outstanding delivery across multiple business functions (eCommerce, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Digital and HR) at the executive level, globally. 

Stuart is guided by strong values, centred on a customer centric mindset. This results in a consultative approach and a tireless commitment to work with clients to satisfy their long-term talent goals and by extension, attract leaders who will add demonstrable value and deliver against the strategic aims of the business.

Stuart is also passionate about Sustainability and the role each of us needs to play in the adoption of critical behavioural changes required for future prosperity. This has led to a number of senior search assignments as well as authoring a white paper and multiple industry surveys.

Stuart brings more than fifteen years Executive Search experience having worked for both large corporates and boutiques in both London and the United States. 

He completed a degree in English Literature.
