Stuart has over 20 years of experience in delivering interim solutions across a wide range of sectors including lifescience, technology, financial services and energy with a focus on mid to senior hiring across a wide range of technical and core business functions.

He commenced his career in Interim recruitment in Scotland with a leading FTSE listed firm and built highly successful teams in both technology and energy working with some of the largest firm in these sectors across the UK. During his time in the UK he helped to build a number of highly successful teams whilst maintaining a hands on role in managing both client and consultant relationships.

Stuart relocated to Singapore to set up his firm’s first Asia office and quickly established strong relationships with major clients across the region. He has worked on interim assignments across 12 different countries with particular focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand and Malaysia. He has built a number of exceptionally successful practices across the region and supported clients across many skillsets in hiring that include Senior Leadership, General Management, Operations, Technology, Digital, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources and Supply Chain.

Stuart holds a BSc Hons in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and a PgD in IT from the University of West of Scotland.  Born in Glasgow, Stuart has lived and worked in Singapore for  13 years and managed teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia during this time.
