Steven focuses on mergers & acquisitions, general corporate finance, restructuring, leveraged finance, corporate development and debt & equity capital markets. Additionally, Steven works with both corporate and buy-side clients that are looking to access investment banking talent pools.

Mr. Racine joined Korn Ferry from JP Morgan Chase, where he worked as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader. He also participated in the JP Morgan Investment Banking Summer Internship Program where he was a member of the FIG Credit Coverage Group covering Asset Managers and Hedge Funds.

Before beginning a career in Financial Services, Steven was a professional hockey player in the Detroit Red Wings and Carolina Hurricanes’ Organizations.

Steven graduated from the University of Michigan with honors, where he was a 4-time member of the Big-Ten All-Academic Team, named a Big-Ten Distinguished Scholar, and finished his career in the top 3 of every major statistical category in University of Michigan Men’s Ice Hockey history.
