Her practice covers executive-level searches across the C-Suite and Board in the US and Canada, with a focus on functional technology leadership roles including Heads of Technology (CTO, CIO), Digital and Data and P&L leaders across multiple industries including enterprise software, consumer services, aerospace, industrial, healthcare, retail and financial services.

In her time with the Korn Ferry, Stefanie has partnered with clients at various stages of growth from emerging (VC), pre-IPO, PE-backed, to premier public corporations. Over and above executive search engagements, Stefanie has supported clients in tackling various talent management challenges, including org structure, coaching, and Board assessment and makeup. Enhancing digital and technology literacy of board, C-Suite and the larger organizations is one of her passions.

Earlier in her career, Stefanie worked at Bell Canada, the country’s leading telecommunications company, where she held a variety of roles in operations, strategy, and project delivery.

Stefanie received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from McGill University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business also at McGill. She is regularly invited to speak to students about talent trends and the future of work at her alma mater.

In 2021, Stefanie was recognized in Consulting Magazine’s 2021 “Rising Stars of the Profession” and One to Watch for Excellence in the High-Tech Industry.
