Simon is passionate about helping organisations maximise the performance of their teams and realise the potential of their people. He is also passionate about helping organisations reduce their impact on the natural environment.

Since joining Korn Ferry´s advisory practice in London in 2019, Simon has helped his clients address a range of people-related challenges across a number of industries.  His recent work has included partnering with a global logistics organisation striving to reduce it´s carbon footprint to reinvent its talent and performance management practices to be more inclusive and help accelerate development of the workforce.  He has also recently completed a year-long assignment helping a multi-cultural leadership team improve their team performance and accelerate their organisation´s shift away from fossil fuels. 

Simon´s other main areas of expertise include succession management, workforce planning and change management.

Since October 2022 Simon has been based in Madrid, Spain.  In addition to his consulting work, he has been using his own experience of moving to help other individuals adapt to new working environments and cultures.  Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Simon spent two years running his own career coaching business.

From 2012 to 2017 Simon worked at Deloitte in London – assisting organisations to define and execute changes to their organisation structures, governance and operating models.

Prior to this he spent 6 years working in a UK based IT and cyber security firm where he led resource management and workforce planning for one of its fastest growing business units.

Simon has a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Durham.  A native English speaker - he also speaks and works in Spanish.  Outside of work, Simon is a passionate hiker and invests much of his spare time supporting  environmental causes.
