Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sheila served as a strategic Human Resources and Operations Leader for over 30 years with significant experience in professional services.

Her passion around strategic workforce planning evolved during her roles where she oversaw operations and HR. She enjoys removing the burden of identifying and hiring the right talent from clients.

Sheila is a consummate networker and has been in the Chicago HR market for over 30 years. She holds a BA in Mathematical Science from The University of Iowa.
