Shauna is an organizational change specialist with over twenty years experience of international consulting and blue-chip client experience.
She ran a global culture change program for a Japanese HQ pharmaceutical firm, initially focusing on the c-suite and top 200 leaders, then expanding to the whole organization. The work focused on behavioral and structural change and pivoted the firm to be more collaborative and trusting, to ensure everyone could develop and grow and be diverse and inclusive.
Shauna supported the newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer of a pharmaceutical firm, developing the team purpose and accountabilities, behaviors, norms and processes to develop his executive team. This enabled the team to pivot towards a culture of agility and innovation.
She led the culture, change management and ELT talent development activities to support a successful post-merger integration between two industrial clients.

Shauna has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organization Development and Change. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach.
