With more than ten years consulting experience, Sharon successfully led multiple projects covered topics as HR strategy and planning, organizational effectiveness, culture and change management, leadership development, talent attraction and retention, performance management, total rewards, people engagement. Previously Sharon was General Manager and head of talent management practice in another leading global firm.
Before joining the consulting sector, Sharon has worked more than 15 years for multinational companies such as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, BP Oil, ExxonMobil and Sinopec. Her diversified professional background enables her to link organizational development solutions to the overall business strategy.
Sharon holds a master's degree in economics from Beijing Institute of Business. She has been invited to make keynote speeches in HR seminars and provide professional opinions to Medias. As well as a facilitator, Sharon is the certified assessor and trainer for WAVE, OPQ & LIFO, and the certified Executive coach by Coaching Australia.
Sharon is fluent both in Chinese and English.
