Sharon Egilinsky is a partner in Korn Ferry's Organizational Strategy team, based in the firm’s New York office.

Sharon brings a wealth of experience as a CEO, board director, strategist, and  trusted advisor, crafting and delivering global business strategies while navigating the complex interplay between people, culture, and organizational design.

With over 20 years in global finance, Sharon has built deep expertise across asset management, insurance, real estate, hedge funds, commodities, and private equity, which has given her a nuanced understanding of capital markets, how business drivers impact company valuations, and the challenges of aligning strategic priorities across an organization. Having held senior leadership roles at large cap public financial services organizations, she  has spent much of her career advising boards and C-suite leaders on org transformation, mergers and acquisitions, governance, restructuring, crisis management, and navigating risks/uncertainty.

Throughout the past 10+years Sharon has applied her strategic know across industry including clients in tech, consumer and healthcare.

Sharon’s unique blend of inside industry management roles and external consulting experience, is a significant value-add in understanding international business, dimensioning target markets, customer demands, and product/service offerings while attracting and retaining top talent. 

Sharon is distinctively experienced in identifying opportunities during complex and uncertain times while, in parallel, (re)positioning revenue opportunities to protect business valuation and advance competitive positioning.

Passionate about impact and results, Sharon chaired the board of a $150 MM agency for many years. During her tenure, she drove improvements to the executive compensation plan and the organization's advocacy for creating public private partnerships to solve problems. Sharon also led the board's executive committee for 10 years.

Sharon holds a J.D. from Hofstra University and a Certificate of Executive Education in Data Analytics and Business Insights: rom the Wharton School.
