Mr. Quarry has significant experience within the key market sectors of FMCG and Retail, having begun his career working in Account Management, Brand and Product roles for a number of retail groups including Levi’s ®, Rivers Australia and The Colorado Group.

In the mid-2000s, Mr. Quarry transitioned into recruitment and expanded his capabilities, leading talent and sourcing functions within organisations such as Walmart Asia where he established the Executive Recruitment function in Walmart China and on his return to Australia with Woolworths. 

He also spent six years with Hays Executive including three years based in Hong Kong setting up the Sales and Marketing function working with global clients including Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, GSK, Tesco and Walmart.

In the past seven years at Korn Ferry, he has worked closely with Wesfarmers, Coles, Accor,  Nestle, JDE, BAT, Unilever, Golden State Foods, Costa Group, Select Harvest and Fonterra  on local, regional and Global Talent Projects.

Mr. Quarry holds a Diploma in International Trade from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
