Seth is an organizational psychologist focused on leadership based in London.
Seth is experienced in solving complex leadership challenges across multiple geographies through building individual, group and organizational insights and establishing clear, practical actions to achieve future-state transformation. Seth sees building accessible narratives that resonate as fundamental to his approach.
He has spent more than twenty years in operational, leadership and consulting roles working with Fortune 500 companies globally across sectors (Life Sciences, FS, TMT, public and others). Seth has over 18 years’ experience living and working internationally in North America, EMEA and Asia and brings a cross-cultural lens to projects.
Seth has worked on a range of regional and global consulting projects involving senior executives including executive coaching, CXO transition, executive team alignment, inclusive leadership development, succession and development, and culture change.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Seth was a Director with a Tier 1 consulting firm, where he was a member of the China Human Capital leadership team and Diversity & Inclusion service offering co-lead for APAC. Seth’s first career involved various leadership and operational roles in North America and Europe.
He is experienced in a wide range of development techniques as well as assessments and psychometrics including simulation-based assessments, various interview types, the Korn Ferry suite, Hogan, OPQ, Wave, NEO-PI-R, Spark, 16PF, FIRO-B, MBTI, and amongst others.
Seth holds master’s degrees in Psychology, Occupational Psychology and Communications Management and a BA in English with a focus in writing. He is active various business psychology networks and a member of the Association for Business Psychology.
