Senior Client Partner, EMEA Total Rewards Practice Leader
Serkan Sener is based in Korn Ferry’s Oslo office, where he leads the firm's EMEA Total Rewards practice.
Serkan collaborates with senior executives and boards to identify organizational and leadership challenges, crafting organizational and reward solutions that drive business outcomes.
With extensive experience across a broad range of industries, Serkan integrates total rewards with organizational design and top-team performance strategies. His work spans executive compensation, sales effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, work and career architectures, reward strategy formulation, and short- and long-term incentive design programs for multinational clients across the US and EMEA.
Serkan frequently designs solutions aimed at enhancing top-team performance and organizational agility, while addressing green energy initiatives, ESG priorities and pay equity and fairness.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Serkan led consulting engagements in the Chicago office of leading consulting entities focusing on executive pay, sales effectiveness and corporate performance management.
Earlier in his career, Serkan led audit and commercial due diligence engagements at a Big 4 audit firm.
Serkan holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University.
