Seiyi brings more than 20 years of corporate human resources and human capital consulting experience from digital technology, telecommunications and transportation sectors.
Her passion lies in helping organizations create and drive a high performance and engaging culture and ecosystems that are agile and impactful in the face of digital disruption.
In her previous role, she led in the design and development of a leadership brand and a sustainable leadership pipeline to enable the digital transformation for a large, multi-national info-communication enterprise.
She joins from a large global info-communication organization - where she was the group director for talent management. There, she led talent marketing and management strategies, policies and initiatives across its consumer, enterprise and digital businesses, spanning more than 25 countries.
Prior to her corporate HR career, Seiyi was an associate partner at The Gallup Organization, driving strengths-based talent initiatives in selection, assessment, engagement and development in the government, financial institutions, retail and FMCG sectors.
Seiyi holds a BA in business and business administration (BBBA) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master's in Applied Psychology from INSEAD. She is fluent in English and conversational Mandarin.
