Satien has been managing new Corporate HR Initiatives, supporting executives in developing / enhancing the effectiveness of the organization and  people, establishing and implementing HR strategies and managing overall Corporate HR functions to most effectively meet business requirements for both short and long term.  

He has coached several C-level executives in Thailand and Vietnam to realize their leadership potential.

Satien has developed deep expertise in a wide range of HR services range from Strategic HR, Leadership and Talent, People and Organization Development, Competency Modelling, Coaching, Succession Planning and Development Programs for executives and senior managers for clients including government agencies, large public and private companies in various industries including Healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas, Financial and Insurance and FMCG, etc.

Satien was the Corporate Human Resources Director at Osotspa. He also has held various roles in IT and human resources in many leading corporations such as Siam Commercial Bank, Thai Oil, True, Unilever Thai Holdings. He was the consultant and also served as the Strategic Client Relation Manager.

Satien holds both BSc in Statistics and MBA Executive Program from Chulalongkorn University.

He is an accredited as ICF/ACC Professional Coach.
