Senior Client Partner, CHRO Practice for UK & Ireland
Sally Talbot leads the CHRO Practice for the UK & Ireland working closely alongside the Board Practice and Consulting teams.
She is a trusted advisor to many leading CHROs and Human Capital Consulting leaders and is passionate about advancing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda to drive change across a variety of organisations.
Based in the London office, she has over twenty-five years’ experience of leading CHRO search assignments including Chief Talent Officer, Reward, DE&I, and Human Capital consulting briefs. Sally is also engaged in non-executive searches where there is a requirement for a human resources background. In this context she has led a number of RemCo Chair assignments.
Sally works on behalf of a wide variety of organisations including large global corporations, UK and private equity backed businesses. She is known for her highly collaborative and honest approach, and depth of network across best-in-class human resources talent.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sally headed up the CHRO and DE&I Practice for a leading Financial Services executive search firm and was responsible for setting up their Leadership Consulting offering. She ran her own executive search and consulting business for 15 years prior to this, having spent her early career in a variety of HR Director and Talent roles.
Sally graduated with a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD). She has been awarded the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is a Freeman of the Guild of Human Resource Professionals.
