This encompasses the recruitment of individuals for pivotal financial leadership roles such as CFOs, Regional and Divisional Finance Directors, and (Senior) Vice Presidents specializing in Controlling, Accounting, Tax, or Treasury. Additionally, he excels in sourcing candidates for Corporate Services roles, including Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Audit, Risk Management, Legal, and Investor Relations.

With a wealth of experience gained from international search firms and executive search boutiques, Robert has played integral roles within management teams. Over 17 years, he has consistently executed executive search assignments, with a distinct emphasis on addressing the CFO's strategic agenda and successfully placing senior finance leaders across various industry sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Robert's entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found an online marketplace startup, which he and his partners expertly nurtured and subsequently sold to a strategic investor in 2017.

In terms of his academic background, Mr. Frisinger earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. His linguistic abilities extend to both English and German, in which he is fluent.
