Before joining the team in Stockholm, Robert spent 6 years with Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company in Chicago, where he led a team of search consultants focusing on search assignments across private equity, venture capital and Fortune 500 companies. He has won multiple awards both as an individual contributor and a leader.

Robert aims to take a scientific approach to every search and bases his work on deep client knowledge, market data and storytelling to create strong talent attraction and engagement – even in the most difficult of assignments.

During his time in Chicago, Robert was a Member of the Board of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago. Through this role and his expertise as a search consultant, Robert has partnered with many Swedish and European clients looking to break into the US market, and vice versa.

Before venturing into executive search, Robert spent several years as a yacht broker before joining a boutique accounting and finance search firm in Stockholm. After 6 years in the US, he recently returned to Stockholm with his wife, daughter Mina and Goldendoodle Leif.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Uppsala University in Sweden, with additional studies at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Illinois State University.
