Mr. Shea has a broad range of knowledge and experience across the technology, media and telecommunication sectors. Working closely with his clients in building their business and competitive advantage through the acquisition, assessment and retention of talent across the UK and EMEA.

Over the last 5 years, Mr. Shea has specialised in building UK and EMEA management and sales structures within the Software, Hardware, Telecommunications, Networks and Services sectors. Working on both senior one off assignments to multiple (100+) large scale resourcing projects for large enterprise clients down to small start-up organisations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Shea held a number of senior management roles within executive search, including being part of the management team in a new start-up executive search consultancy and leading European recruitment teams in 3 other listed search businesses.
