Rajita has facilitated development interventions across various industries like Telecom, Automobile, Retail, IT/ITES, Engineering, BFSI, Insurance, BPOs, Media, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Ecommerce, Mining, Pharma, Computer and Network Security, and Consulting firms

Having been certified and accomplished in using Hogan and Neo assessments for leadership development and personal effectiveness; Rajita has assessed 300+ leaders. She has also facilitated Hogan Certification workshops and trained and certified over 1000+ practitioners in India.  Rajita has over 2500 hours of coaching done with leaders globally.

She has delivered for and coached clients, through companies like Threefish Consulting, DDI, Harvard Business Publishing, LHH India and coached international clients across geographies through Said Business School University of Oxford UK.

Rajita has a specialized Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and Said Business School, University of Oxford UK. 

Currently she is also pursuing her doctorate at Oxford-Brooks University with her research in executive coaching.

She has been an ICF certified coach, and a master trainer for Hogan assessments in India. She is also certified in Oxford Scenario Planning from Said Business School, University of Oxford.
