Rachelle Zhang is an Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry, specializing in Organizational Strategy. She combines a human-centered perspective with data-driven insights to guide organizations toward achieving their most ambitious business goals.
With a broad portfolio of expertise, Rachelle specializes in change leadership, cultural transformations, transformation office design, leadership alignment, and end-to-end employee experience. She is particularly passionate about people management, HR strategy, and driving behavioral change, making her a trusted partner for a diverse range of clients.
In her recent work, Rachelle has focused on shaping organizational culture, upskilling leadership teams in change management, and delivering efficiency and effectiveness initiatives that propel businesses forward.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Rachelle Zhang served as Director of Consulting and Americas Change Management Practice Operations Lead at top advisory firms, where she successfully oversaw client delivery and managed consulting operations. Her experience spans both large global organizations and smaller boutique firms, giving her the ability to navigate and adapt to a wide range of business environments with agility.
Rachelle holds a Master’s Degree in the Business of Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Willamette University. She is actively engaged in the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and holds multiple certifications, including Prosci® Change Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Genpact-Luma Institute Design Thinking.
