A specialist in RPO, recruitment technology and client portfolio management, Pavel joins us from another global human resources consulting firm where he was Director of Solution Sales & Customer Experience. As part of this role he established and grew the company’s outsourcing & HR technology businesses in Brazil and Latin America including strategy, solution design and the integration of data analytics.
 
With more than ten years’ experience in designing and implementing large-scale regional and global projects for multinational organizations, Pavel has an excellent reputation in the market where he is known for his focus on client needs, tailored solutions and business impact. His expertise, entrepreneurial-mindset and proven track record in developing long-term client relationships will be assets to our firm in South America as we launch our Regional Account Program in FY20 and as we continue to focus on strategic account management more broadly.
 
Pavel holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista in Brazil and an executive education in Innovation and Strategy from the Weatherhead School of Management in the US. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Russian.
