Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Fogel had an extensive career in Technical Search disciplines. He has hired for roles from the top of the C-Suite through highly technical engineering level positions for dozens of clients throughout his career. He has worked for the top contingent search firms in the world prior to joining, and brings extensive technical expertise to Executive, Engineering & Technology searches.

Mr. Fogel earned his Bachelor of Science, in Political Science & Business Administration from the Florida State University. Mr. Fogel has also earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and been formally trained in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the workplace through the University of South Florida.
