He supports clients with their strategic transformations including organization strategy, talent acquisition, assessment, leadership development, succession planning, and connecting reward and benefits strategies to performance objectives.

Patrick’s experience includes advising Board and C-Level leaders but also global, national and start up/fintech companies in North America, Europe and Asia working on growth and organizational strategies, leadership development and coaching, board advisory, culture and digital transformations, restructurings, and M&A services.

Patrick is a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and teaches on innovation, new business models and leadership in CAS Digital Insurance and MBA Financial Services, among others.

Patrick has a business administration degree from the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen and post graduate degrees in leadership and corporate governance from Yale School of Management, Loyola University and University of St. Gallen.

He is fluent in German and English and speaks French.
