Pablo leads a broad team of dedicated and specialized consultants across USA and Canada. He recently served as Sector Leader and consultant for talent acquisition efforts across organizations in the Industrial Manufacturing Sector in Korn Ferry Professional Search North America, across Chemicals & Materials, Agribusiness, Building Products and Materials, as well as broader Industrial Manufacturing. Mr. Golfari's and his team's work is focused on retained search and managed search assignments (multiples / volume search) in North America.
Pablo has over ten years of search experience with Korn Ferry. He joined Korn Ferry's Professional Search Division Industrial Practice as a Managing Consultant in 2013 and was promoted to Sector Leader in 2015. He is currently based in the Korn Ferry Miami office.
Prior, Mr. Golfari had joined Korn Ferry Executive Search in 2008 and served for five years as Senior Associate focused on global senior executive search execution within the Industrial Basic Materials and the Global Supply Chain & Operations Practice.
His search experience includes focus on Key Accounts and often included complex cross-border international assignments.
With over twenty years of professional experience, Mr. Golfari's work spans multinational companies conducting business across the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and experience across executive search and talent advisory solutions, third party logistics, retailing, high-valuables security, energy, healthcare, industrial manufacturing and financial services industries.
Previously to Korn Ferry, he held business development management leadership positions in a global specialty logistics company, and spent over five years with ExxonMobil in its Southern Cone (South America) Fuels Marketing/Retailing Division.
Mr. Golfari has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, with a concentration in Management Science, and a Bachelor's degree from Columbia University in the city of New York, specializing in Economics and Operations-Research.
Mr. Golfari is fluent in English and Spanish, and has working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
