Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Larkin served Annapolis-based ARINC’s (now Raytheon Technologies) commercial aviation business as a Recruitment team member. In this role, Mr. Larkin was tasked with advising the aviation and surface transportation segments on recruiting and staffing needs, both corporate and project based.

Mr. Larkin specializes in C-Suite level searches for various industrial chemical companies, industrial associations, and private equity backed organizations. His recent clientele includes ABB, United Technologies, Woodward and Honeywell from the diversified industrial sector, and Celanese, Olin, Buckman and Avery Dennison from the Materials and Chemicals sector.

Nick has lead searches focused on EHS, R&D, Strategy and Business Development as well as Head of Operations, Commercial Excellence and General Management.

Mr. Larkin earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and participated on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team as a goalie.

Mr. Larkin is an active member in both his high school and college alumni associations and is a member of NILOA and COG as a collegiate lacrosse official
