Associate Client Partner, ESG and DE&I
Neelam Chohan is an Associate Client Partner providing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion advice and solutions for Clients within EMEA. She has extensive expertise designing and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience as well as broader ESG issues to ultimately drive business growth.
Neelam has 25+ years experience working for large Corporates across multiple sectors. She has lived and travelled the globe, gaining deep multi-cultural and societal knowledge throughout EMEA, LATAM, Asia Pacific and North America.
As a master communicator, she works with passion, resilience, and empathy to help her clients and colleagues build the workplace for the future – one that is inclusive, diverse, high performing and a great place to work.
Pivoting her career from a lawyer to HR, her experience spans across HR including recruitment, succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, labor & employee relations, organizational design & effectiveness and cultural transformation.
Prior to her joining Korn Ferry, Neelam was the Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader for a Fortune 100 Company. She was responsible for mobilizing the organization into action to effectively embed DE&I into their cultural DNA.
Neelam is a recognized thought leader, featured in various publications, guest speaker, panel discussion member and podcaster. She is a member of Society for Diversity, D&I Leaders, InTouch Network, Women in Tech, and BAME Recruitment. She is also a certified Diversity Practitioner and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
Neelam studied Law at Nottingham Law School.
