MJ is the Vice President for Korn Ferry’s Sales & Service (S&S) Portfolio. She manages the market leading KF Sell Product and the related intellectual property/training around Sales & Service.

With over 15 years experience in building cutting edge Technology and L&D products, she creates the strategy for Korn Ferry’s S&S digital suite. MJ has deep expertise in end-to-end product management & marketing focused on launching successful products in Technology, Big Data and Learning Solution space. She is deeply experienced in bringing new ideas to market and creating a competitive edge for the products she manages. MJ’s unique storytelling style has enabled her to consult with Fortune 500 clients and lead their way on end-to-end customer journey & sales transformation initiatives. Through these engagements, MJ has been well recognized for building and activating learner journeys for the highest adoption and behavior changes. In her past life, MJ worked as Product Manager for Customer Experience Marketing company (Harte Hanks) where she created and launched several Marketing Technology, Analytics and Big Data products focused on optimizing customer journey and connecting with customers in a powerful way.

MJ is passionate about building products to revitalize how brands improve their relationship with their clients.

MJ holds a Master’s Degree In Information Management from University of Maryland. She is Pragmatic Marketing certified Product Leader.
