Ms. Kowalczuk combines technical expertise in organizational surveys, employee engagement and rewards, with her business and leadership experience to deliver value to clients in the EMEA region.

Leading the EMEA region in two of our major solutions – Rewards & Benefits and Organizational Strategy for the KF Digital business, Mirka brings over 19 years of international experience. 

Ms. Kowalczuk manages a regional team that works closely with clients to understand and apply market trends to their rewards and benefits structure, run organizational surveys, and conducts organizational analysis to support clients' strategies. 

She is particularly passionate about data analytics, linking HR data and practices to the overall company strategies and objectives, and enabling and empowering managers to drive change.

Over the years, her clients include a range of sectors in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East - such as financial services, industrial and logistic, retail, shared services center, business process outsourcing and real estate.

Prior to moving to EMEA, Ms. Kowalczuk managed Korn Ferry’s Digital team in APAC, and was a Business Unit Manager for KF Digital in Poland and UAE.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice (Poland), Faculty of Marketing and Management (MA). In 2009, Ms. Kowalczuk participated in the Harvard Business School Program – “Management 2009”. In 2022 she completed Adaptive Strategic Execution Program by Duke Fuqua School of Business.

She is also accredited in a number of psychometric tools, including TalentQ as well as Leadership Styles and Climate Diagnostics.
