Mr. Franzino has successfully completed numerous senior-level searches.

He previously served as chairman, global markets and as a member of the executive committee at another global executive search firm.

He holds expertise in leading the global financial services practice as well as overseeing all of the industry and functional areas.

Mr. Franzino is a graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point. After graduation, he served as an Infantry Officer in a variety of command assignments with the 1st Infantry Division, The Big Red One. Mr. Franzino has frequently been published in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and the Financial Times, and has been broadcast on Bloomberg Radio. He is currently on the board of directors of the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons.
