Senior Consultant
Michaela Buttler is a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry located in the firm’s Atlanta, GA office. She serves as an Executive Career Coach and Engagement Manager.
Previously Mrs. Buttler was a Director of Operations for Chick-fil-A, Inc., a pioneer in customer service for over 75 years. Mrs. Buttler serves on the board for the Ashton Keegan Hope Foundation and is a member of the Alumni Association for the University of North Georgia.
Prior to Chick-fil-A, Michaela was the Coordinator for Orientation & Transfer Programs at the University of North Georgia and served on multiple university wide committees. In this role, Mrs. Buttler oversaw logistics, curriculum development, and coordination of comprehensive new and transfer student programs, parent and family orientation sessions, and transition programs across five campuses. She received the “Rookie of the Year” Award for the division of Student Affairs.
Prior to joining UNG full time, Mrs. Buttler served as an intern with the President of the John Maxwell Company in Atlanta, GA and the Events Coordinator for the Venture Café in Boston, MA.
Mrs. Buttler received a Master’s of Science in International Business with a concentration in Project Management from Hult International Business School and studied abroad in Boston, Shanghai, and London. Mrs. Buttler graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Organizational Leadership from the University of North Georgia.
