Based in Sydney, Michael is a trusted advisor with deep experience in developing human capital systems that attract, retain and motivate employees.

Michael advises organisations on executive, non-executive director, wider workforce and salesforce remuneration and career matters, with a focus on linking remuneration to business mission, vision, strategy, values and performance outcomes.

Michael is known for his global perspective, having worked out of New York City, Chicago Dubai and Sydney, as well as his collaborative style and the ability to efficiently and effectively co-create solutions with stakeholders from Australia’s and the world’s leading firms.

Michael’s specialisations include the design, analysis and implementation of performance and reward systems, job architecture and career levelling structures, annual and long-term incentive schemes and wider HR policies, with a deep experience in position evaluation.

Michael holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School (Australia) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan (USA).
