Mr. Choi specializes in human resource (HR) strategy, performance and reward management, talent management, and cultural transformation.

Mr. Choi has not only extensive consulting experience but also industry experience over the past 20 years in the various aspects of organization and people development. Mr. Choi works closely with clients to improve their organizational effectiveness through organizational design, culture analysis, performance & compensation management, talent management and partnering with clients to identify and clarify HR strategy.

Since joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Mr. Choi has worked with a wide range of clients within various sectors while participating in major projects related to HR business solution. Mr. Choi has worked with executive team and leaders to help them improve their organizational and HR effectiveness. Mr. Choi has worked with manufacturing, engineering & construction, financial services, public sectors, conglomerates, and so on.

Mr. Choi has worked with clients in Industrial and Tech industries. His major clients include SK Innovation, SK IETechnology, SK Networks, SK Gas, SK Chemical, SK C&C, LG Energy Solution, Nexon, Krafton, Shinsegae I&C, Korea Airline, Daewoo E&C, S-Oil, Hyundai Oilbank, Posco Group, Doosan, and Hyundai Mobis. Mr. Choi also experienced finance industry – KB Finance Holdings, Shinhan Finance Group, Hana Finance Group, Shinhan REIT’s management, Mastern Investment Management and so on.

Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University and an MBA in strategy/organization from Korea University.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Choi was a project leader in MERCER. He worked in Posco Research Institute for 4 years, and KPMG for 2 years as a project manager.
