Ms. Moot has more than twelve years of experience advising clients on a variety of talent strategy, executive search and Board & CEO engagements across the globe.  She focuses on transportation across all modes (rail, truck, ocean and air), as well as contract logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics and integrated 3PLs. Additionally, Ms. Moot serves Korn Ferry clients in industrial and business service sectors, including facilities and infrastructure maintenance, environmental services, field services and other route-based service providers.

She works closely with private equity and infrastructure firms, investment bankers, public company boards, restructuring groups and associations to support the organizations' most critical decisions: shaping their leadership team and determining how to unleash their potential.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Moot was a core member of the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young in Atlanta, where she provided audit and assurance services to the Office of the Chairman Accounts in global financial services.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she currently serves as a Trustee. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and is based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.
