Principal, Organization Strategy and ESG
Martín Ramírez Mejía is an experienced consultant with over seven years of experience working with international multilateral organizations, NGOs, and think-tanks in Colombia. Currently, he is a consultant at Korn Ferry, where he focuses on organizational strategy and the intersection between environmental and social sustainability and corporate affairs.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Martín worked as a consultant with the Interamerican Development Bank and Transforma, a think-tank specializing in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. He also has experience in strategic planning and sustainability with both the public and private sectors in Colombia.
Martin’s expertise covers the Organizational Strategy practice, and he holds expertise in the intersection between environmental and social sustainability and corporate affairs.
Additionally, Martin has experience in public policy design and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
Martín has a strong academic background, having earned a degree in Biology from Universidad de los Andes and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University. He has also completed certificates in Sustainable Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and Inclusion and Diversity from the Nicholas School of the Environment.
His expertise extends to public policy design, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and organizational strategy practice. Martín is fluent in both English and Spanish.
